•  International travel requires the passenger to have a valid US Passport. INITIAL ______ Travelers under the age of 18, not traveling with both parents needs to be aware of any special or legal documentation requirements for their destination. It is the passenger's responsibility to produce all documentation at time of check-in. No refunds will be made to passengers failing to possess proper documentation which results in denied boarding.

• Baggage fees are not included in your package price.

 

• Total Trip is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

 

• Refunds come from the vendor, so expect a 6-8 week period before a refund is issued.

• Airline schedules and check in times are subject to change. Reconfirm travel arrangements directly with the airlines 24 hours prior to departure. Airline tickets are non-transferable. Airline refund/change penalties are in effect upon issuance of the ticket. Eligibility for refunds is governed solely by the airlines. Airlines charge baggage fees, which are not included in the price of the ticket. Many times you can pre pay these fee's for a discounted price.

 

• Brochure hotel ratings provided by suppliers (such as Funjet Vacations, Apple Vacations, etc.) are subjective. International hotel ratings may vary greatly and are not necessarily consistent with U.S. standards. Some hotels may charge imposed fee's due at the counter upon check in.

 

• Rental car companies charge taxes due at the counter upon pick up and are not included in the price. •

 

• Total Trip will assess a $50.00 per person fee for all cancellations whether insurance has been purchased or not, in addition to applicable supplier penalties. Insurance is non-refundable, and is purchased through the supplier. If paying cash or check, the refund will be in the form of a check from Total Trip. This may take 4-8 weeks. If paying by credit card your refund will come from the vendor in 10-30 days. INITIAL_____

 

• All travel suppliers levy cancellation penalties; Total Trip highly recommends the purchasing of travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

 

• The official hurricane season, as defined by The National Weather Service, is June 1 through November 30.

 

• Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles. and radio-pharmaceuticals. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toiletry articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person. • Total Trip is acting as intermediary or as agent for suppliers in selling or scheduling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services, which are not directly supplied by Total Trip (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Total Trip therefore shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury of any kind to you or your travel companions or group members resulting from accidents, acts of God, novel events or any other events) beyond the control of Total Trip. The term "guaranteed" on your invoice or reservation itinerary means only that your reservation has been guaranteed by the supplier of services and does not constitute or create any guarantee by Total Trip. Your payment and retention of tickets, reservations or booking shall constitute your consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents of this notice to your travel companions or group members.
